Dear Sir,

Regret to inform you that i purchased a hand set Nokia 5310 from M/S NEW LIFE ELECTRONICS, Aligarh, Uttarpradesh (Phone No.9837076900) vide bill No.596 dtd.3.5.2008 and set started giving problem of battery back up, I requested in your Nokia Care situated in Mangalam Complex, Samad Road, Aligarh (Phone No-0571-3250155) but it is very surprised that instead of solving the customer problem their reply was in misbehaving manner, finally they refused to attend my problem by saying that they never insisted me to purchase Nokia hand set it is my wish. The person whom i contacted in Nokia Care is Mr. Vibek and Mr. Anshu Gaud. If we customer get such type of reply from your Nokia Care I don't think we will go further for Nokia product. Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
