Nokia Service centers are cheating the customers

I had purchased Nokia 5310 6 months back, after 1 month of usage my display started flickering and some times blank, i had give it to nokia care koramangala, they told that software problem, they updated the same and given back, for another 30 days it worked quiet normally, after that it started showing the same problem i again approached the nokia care they told that battery complaint and i got the mobile back after one month saying that battery replaced, againg after one month hand set started showing the same problem this time they are saying the hand set is water locked, so i have to pay 1500 for display, i took the mobile back, it worked fine for some 2 weeks again and now started the same againg, so can u plz suggest wat i have to do
