NOKIA 5310
Nothing done at Nokia Care

Its very dissapoiniting that even after submitting my cell 5310 for 3-4 times at the Nokia care center, still the issue persists. The issue is with its vibrator that is not working. I got this cell in Dec and from 2009 Jan its with the Nokia care, noida center.

They call me saying that the issue is fixed, but when I actually get it and use it, the issue remains there. Now its compelling me to go to the consumer court.

My current job number is 153433527/090324/23. IMEI no - 356817027600789. I dont remember the past job sheet numbers since the customer care takes it back.

For a customer who has paid money for this, will really be dissapointed to go to this kind of ordeal.
