I had bought a nokia 5310 handset in november and got the first complaint in Jan and i had given it in PHONE WORLD Nokia Care at Calicut, the complaint was with the display and they had changed the display by taking more than 15 days, and in the month of march again the phone got complaint but this time for the God sake it was not with the display but with charging node. To clear this small complaint they again took more than two weeks, and again on June 1st the display was blank and when i had gone to your service centre in calicut, they told me unsteadily that it should be taken to the company. So what should i do?? I think i will have to buy a handset of some other company to use in the meantime, because I dont think i will be able to use the phone without any complaint hereafter. As in the last Six months i cant use the set for more than 1 month, then what's the use of buying a costly handset of your company.
So I request you to take my complaint into consideration or provide me with another phone.
