NOKIA 5310
Handset not cheked properly

Dear Sir,

I gave my handset (NOKIA -5310) for Checking on friday (10-07-09) in Elite communication, Sigra Varanasi, which was having a problem of "HANGING" and after checking the set it was told to me that set is having a problem of "liquid damage" and they have to reinstall the software, apart from this problem set is absolutely ok.

I paid the charges whatever required and next day i faced the same problem again. I again went to nokia care and talk to manager Mr. Shirshak Shah, discussed all the matter, he told me that set is having the problem of UI (User Interface) Assembly and i have to pay Rs1500 again.when the set was given this problem was not told and why should i bear the cost of Rs 1500 if the fault was done by their mechanic.

All the copies of receipts are attached herewith.

pls do the needful regarding tihs matter as soon as possible.
