NOKIA 5310
No proper service

My hand set 5310 purchased on 3-12-08 i had a problem in my set on 16-6 i gave it to nokia service center (nanies enterprises mysore) after 10days i had gone to take my cell back the employee told me again to come after 15 more days he will replace the cell .again after 15 days i had gone they told that the they had not recived the cell from banglore service center again they postponed for another 15 more days .today 6-8-09 when i had gone to service center they gave me some old cell which is not mine i am really frustrated by this inconvienince

i ll appel this to consumer court next week on monday so please solve my problem before i do that.
