Nokia 5310 complain

I have given my 5310 mobile to Yamunananagar nokia care on 24.07.2009 against job sheet no.161433527/090724/61 dated 24.07.09.

Till date i hv not received the same

is this the way nokia care works

are they not conscious about the customer care, remember i hv read somewhere that we have to think about the customer otherwise customer will never think about you
