Not clear voice

Hi i am kamal, i bought a nokia 5310 from lucknow & its emi no -355232103125941718 but after two days in mobile have a problem of voice cut, we checked in nokia center but mobile not working well, so plz change my mobile its old only one month, plz take a action on my complaint. my mobile no is 9889965688 / 9795451626 .
