NOKIA 5310
Starting and reboot problem

Sir,

i have bought nokia 5310 from meerut Imei NO. 358653014151231 RECENTLY I.E HARDLY 15 DAYS BEFORE ONLY. to my utter surprise it stopped working when i was attending a phone call. i went to nokia care they told that set will get repaired but 40% of the voice volume will be down . if it is so what is the reason to buy the music version . sir nokia is a reputed company and they shoud replace the phone of the customer to increase their reliability in the market.

sir please look into the matter and do the needfull so that i and my friends can believe in the company
