The worst ever experience in life...
Needless to say, this experience has been the worst in my entire life.
You all think that you can do anything and take the customer for
granted.
- First the phone goes kapoot in 1 month.
- Then we are assured that the replacement of the bloody "motherboard"
will take place in a week.
- Date of handing over for repair : 23 june
- Todays date: 23 July
I was ready for a repair. Then u take a month to handle the case. Then
u tell us that the "motherboard" is irrepairable and we will receive a
NEW PHONE OF THE SAME SPECS AND COLOUR IN A NEW SEALED BOX SINCE THE
EARLIER ONE IS IRREPAIRABLE. Then when we go to the service centre
again for the 8th time, u say that WE CANNOT GET A NEW PHONE AND WILL
HAVE TO DO WITH AN OLD REPAIRED ONE. WHEN I ASK U FOR THE MONEY BACK,
U DONT GIVE ME THAT TOO.
U ALL SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR HARASSING A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. AND THIS
IS THE LEAST VOCAL I CAN GET.
IF U REALLY WANT TO MAINTAIN A LITTLE DIGNITY, STOP BEHAVING LIKE
UNPROFESSIONALS AND ACT. AND I REALLY HOPE THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO
BECOME CAUTIOUS OF YOUR SO CLAIMED "SERVICES" AND "CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION".
SICK COMPANY, SICK SERVICES, AND SICK PEOPLE OUT THER IN UR SERVICE CENTRE.
IF U WANT TO MEET UR GOALS JUST TO SHOWCASE TO UR BOSSES, GO AHEAD
WITH IT. COZ THATS ALL U CAN DO. WHO THE HELL CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS
ANYWAYS, IF WE ARE MEETING OUR ATRGETS.
