Not giving proper service by deale

I bought a new nokia 5310 express music mobile at 8 May. I got some problems with that phone so i consult to dealer from where i bought that phone. But he not given good treatment. My problem is that my phones vidio quality is very bad though it is 2 megapixel camera. Its quality looks like a mobile with less than 1 megapixel camera. When i told this problem to dealer he reacted like he have nothing to do with this, his job is to only sell phones and when once they got sold there will be no relation between him and the customer. the dealer belongs to Parbhani district Maharashtra state..
