I purchased this phone 3 months ago and it gets auto off when you update your music library or when you transfer data through bluetooth. It has been sent 4 times to nokia care Hazra Centre, Kolkata and 2 times to delhi headquarters and is again been sent. Pls look foward in replacing my phone.
