Nokia 5310 Mobile service in Nokia Care

Hi,

My Name is senthil. I have give my Nokia 5310 for a service. In my mobile blue tooth was not working and problem with speakers. I gave my mobile in one of nokia's reputer Nokia care center. They said that thay will detect the Fault and rectify it in 2 days But they took 4 days. After 4 days they called me and said that there is water strains on the mother board and the fault cannot be rectified but i did not drop my mobile in water . they asked me to get back the mobile from them. when i got my mobile back i found that my mobiles USB connection cover is missing, panel is loose and outgoing audio is not working along with the existing problems . they just detected the problem and charger Rs 112. from me but there is more problem now in my mobile. These kinds of service center will spoil the name of Nokia. The details of the service center where i had given my mobile is given below.
