Nokia 5310 mobile
Very Poor Service

Respected Sir/Madam

I had purchaced nokia 5310 (XpressMusic) mobile last year. But from 1st day i face so many problems in this mobile. Firstly i face problem software problem in it due to which it was hanged so many times. Then i reformat it from nokia care centre. At present i face problem in vibrator or in software again. According to nokia care centre Hoshiarpur (Punjab) it may take 15-20days to resolve it. Due to unavaliability of second mobile i am unable to do this. Actually now i am totally fedup from this mobile and service of it.i want other mobile in replacement of it. So please take this on priorty basis. Because this is question of Reputation of Company.
