Defective mobile

Sir,

I would like to mention that i had purchased the nokia5310 express music mobile phone in july and since then there has been some or other problems sometimes no sound clearity no network proper even in main mumbai city sometimes thea moble use to get hot even speaking just for three to fourminutes the musicplayer sound was not clear suddenly the mobile use to get off and many moreother problems which i had neverfaced in past evenwhile using any make phones always due to workload i could not go to complain i managead somehow for severalmonths the nokia servicecenters use to make someor otherexcuese and give and tell me that there is softwareproblems and they use to do something and givea me the phone back saying that now it will be perfect but when things too bad and my phone was completely off i surrendered the phone in nokiaservice center just to know that they kept my phone for several weeks and returned saying that u would hv to aproach the higher service dept as there is amjor problem and we do not hv sufficent instruments to resolve ur proble, m theni aproached the other service center aftear waiting for long the service center didnt even bother tospeak to me and just said that we cannot take this phone as this is not underwarrentyas this phone is tempered i told them that the first authorised dealre had tried to repair the phone but due to lack of instruments they forwarded me to u u can speak to them as they havea told me to tell them to contact the firsrt seravice dealer if they do not accept this phone but with deafear they just didnt listenany thing then by guidlines of the purchase dealer i got the number of main banglorae center i phoned thenm sevearal times tahey told me to aproach other dealer wahich i did and was more embaressed to know that the first dealer had changead the parts this was their story then some how seing my condition the firstr sercvice dealr repaired my phone saying the board is faulty and this phones may work for sometimes and there is no way aftear this i contacted the banglore service center which is they say head office they kept telling me u surrender your phone to dealer n we will definatealy resolvea your accelaratead case and will provide u another phone soon but in vain as no service center accepts the phone saying that we do not have any intimation from their office and as u havea kept your phone withservicedealer for months again it will be lying with us this way my warranty will be finesh by july after year and the nokia needs just that so that they can clearly raise hands saying that now since one year is passed u our warrenty is ovear and no use now this way i feel the nokin intents with their coustmers i havea faced worst experience buying nokia thanks to cnbc for caring customers problem and hope nokia respects their promice n resolve my problem immediately
