Sir,

May please be noted that reffered mobile set (Nokia 5310) was purchased from Prime Watch World, Kolkata. Vide cashmemo no.11115 dated April 14.As found the image colour problem (a red spot in the down part of the lcd), deposited to Nokia Care vide ref stated above, no action has been taken till date, harassed repeatedly quoting that replacement will be done on every meeting.

So I will be highly grateful if you take proper actions against the harrasment as early as possible.
