Nokia 5310 music express, anandamela, gariahat
Out of order of new phone just bought 1 month ago

Sir,

i just bought nokia 5310 music express phone from anandamela gariahat on 29th july but it became totally out of order on 18th sept.when i asked anandomela to repair it they told me they have no responsibility regarding this, how could they if i buy such an expensive phone how could they deny such responsibility? i am just shocked at this miscommitment & also for such poor product quality of nokia.can u do something plz as soon as possible
