i had purchesed nokia 5310 music express on 13/12. after 3.5 months it got network problem.i sumbitted the set with nokia care they given me jobsheet and told that the set will be repaired in 10-15 days under warranty. when i touched them back after 10 days they told that set will not be repaired under warranty and i have to pay for repairing it. on the ground that the set is tempered (golden no. on ic missing). but when i had given them set golden no. on ic where present. and they are also syaing that indian law can not do any thing on them.they are simplly chellenging indian law. now suggest what will i do. i had not taken set from them
