For Web/GPRS Connecting

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have got problems in my nokia 5310 xpress music about net connect. i don's connect with web due to my phone settings, when i connect web there are this answer show "Subscribe to Packet data first" then "Link not Available". Sir please help me about these settings. i waiting ur answers.
