My new mobile is dead now after head office repairing

Hi sir,

i bought nokia 5310 xpressmusic IMEI NO.355232036688471 manufacturing june from unisef marketing, sagar market kanpur on 06/07 after 1 month it shown a problem that MMC card not open and not formatted. then i went to nokia care on dated 24/08 (address M.M Electronics 301, 302 express road, mall road kanpur) centre .where they told me that my mobile is also want to repair as well as MMC card.and they send mobile to head office.the computerised jobsheet no. is 343504886/090827/14.after about hard 2 months on 06/10 it repaired and dispatched from head office.and when I went to take my mobile on 09/10 from nokia care centre (address M.M Electronics 301, 302 express road, mall road kanpur) then my mobile is in very bad condition, technical officer of that shop told me that my mobile is in dead condition and it will be again send to head office and it can take 15 days more.and i have no any mobile for my work. i also complaints at nokia customer care my complain id is 1-8098241871 but they are not solving my problem seriously.i want to new mobile set or return my money back .because my mobile have a lot of problem and seems very old i wait your answer till 15 days. thanking you
