Unnatural behaviour of phone

Dear sir,

I am from vadodara and have given mobile in NOKIA CARE in vadodar near aksharchowk

PROBLEM WITH MOBILE: restarting of mobile as per its wish, hanging up of phone, faster heating up of battery.

When first time my mobile was sent, it took more than one month for nokia care to respond with the guarantee of return in 25 days. And when i made call then they replied ur phone has been sent again as ur problems are not solved. And now totally they have sent my mobile for 4 times for reparing pupose, So u can understand that what the kind of lifespan the mobile will have. I have told the to give write my complaint for replacement but they told that this complaint is not to be written by nokia care but to nokia careline and when i have phone nokia care line they replied this is to be done in nokia care. SO i am now in very pathetic situation. They are not going in the way for which i have purchase only nokia and not any other mobile. They are still not able to remove my problem/s even after going for 3 times checking. They r not giving me my true information about my phone and used to avoid me and not working as per the reputation of NOKIA.
