Loss of mobile phone

Respected sir,

I Florence jemima working in HDFCBANK phonebanking as a quality executive in chennai, i would like to bring into your notice that i had lost my mobile (model:5610 Nokia/IMEI NUMBER IS :358652018444220) on 29 Jan @8.30pm, and i had blocked my sim card (mbl number is 9840279598) at 9.15 pm on the same day, so i request you to trace my mobile which was lost, so kindly do the needful asap. (I had previously logged a complaint with the wrong lost date, pls do ignore the mail and sorry for the inconvienence)
