Mobile not working

Dear sir,

I purchased NOKIA 5610 Express music model in june.

My usage was very very less, and suddenly one day the phone was completely dead.

I had given to Nokia Care service cEntre in Ashok Nagar.

But the tragic part was that, i Gave my mobile for repair on 13.01. and after 20-30 follow ups and shoutings, they returned my mobile which they said that that was a new replacement of previous mobile on may 2nd week.

The service centre was worethless and not even single person in that service centre is capable of handling customers. It is an completely useless team. After several shoutings, the Branch Incharge Mr. Jayakumar assured that he will give me replacemnt of my faulty mobile which was hardly 5-6 months old.

By 19th may we recd the mobile and today is 23rd and shockingly, mobil eis not working agian.

That Nokia care Manager told me that it was afresh piece. But I cannot say in words what i feel.

I purchase for 11000& odd and coul;d not believe that Nokia can deliver such an worthless model to customers.

I want immediate action to be taken on my issue.
