Missuse of parts

I have Nokia 5610 mobile handset ESN/IMEI No. 358652014769570 which having some problem then i was go to the Nokia Care Center, of Bhopal branch (Microworld MSD E-2/21, Kamdhenu Tower Opp. Habibganj Rly. Station, Bhopal) this handset is gone 2nd time before this i never go any other place for repairing this handset, but this time (2nd time) when i went to there the execative asked me that my some part (LCD, A-Cover, Keypad) is used local.

How it can be possible even i never use anyother center accept this branch.

So please take a Proper action against this.

otherwise i am very sorry to say that

I have to knock the door of consumer court.
