Nokia 5610
BROKEN MUSIC SLIDER

I brought a nokia 5610 before 3 months... in the 3nd month the music button got a crack and by 9 weeks it was in my hands... i went to the nokia care shop... they re like it will take time... i have been hearing this answer for the past 3 months... i am feeling to give a complain in CONSUMER RIGHTS DEPARTMENT now... did i waste my Rs. 13, 000 for this... it looks wierd and ugly... without the button... its better to throw than having... but who will get me back my money... i want an answer or this problem id gonna be big... i don mind the buttons are not original also... but i just have to get replaced... or elz??
