Nokia 5610
Poor response from nokia care centre people

Hi, i have purchased nokia 5610 in jan 08.two days back i was using it as i slide it to c menu suddenly blank display was there i went to nokia care centre net dot solution jail road new delhi .very bad experence i had over there as i showed my phone there they said u have thrown this phone down i said no they said its panel is cracked though its not then they r saying it wil take 20 days min n may b after that they dont repair n give it back its really bad i am using nokia fm past 10 years n will use further also even u dont repair my phone but very wrong u r telling customer yr negligence u must have dropped .i said if i threw then screen should b broken or cracked then they dint have any answere they said leave yr phone we will inform u by tommrrow morninr but no responce even i called twice nobody know the status please somebody help me out...
