Delay in returning the phone

I hv submitted my nokia 5610 phn on 19/04 17:47... and the nokia care noida sec 2 is continiously delaying in giving my phn back.these people are also not telling me a exact date that wen it will be repaired .the expected return date is 22/04.

so please help me how can i make my phn repaired quickly as now it in warranty period ..and on the job sheet it is written that a swap will be issued if there will be any delay in the repair of the phn and they are also not giving me a swap phn...
