Nokia 5610
Replacement of handset

This is regarding Nokia Handest 5610 which i bought in the month of 7th March. In next few days my handset started hanging and I complained to Nokia service center and they told me that there is a virus and theu upgraded the software but when I tested for 2-3 days, the problem persisted. I contacted Nokia Service Center in Noida situated in Sector 2 and floor manager told me that this is not a virus problem and your handset will be replaced with new one.

Since then I had been chasing them but every time they have some or the other reason to delay. Everyday this handset is getting hanged for almost 2-3 times and I had to take out battery and then restart it.

I am contacting them since last week but no one is picking calls.

I earnestly request you to intervene and help in sorting out this problem.
