Pathetic after sales service

I made a mistake (Thats what I would call it now which once thought would be a smart decision) of buying a Nokia 5610 on 27th May

From Alfa Cellulars Shop No. G-13, Kalpatru Arcade, 9 MG Roag Pune -411001

Same Night I saw problems with its Video recording (there were some lines running down the screen)

I packed it back, went to the dealer next day (28/May) to exchange it.

I was told it cant be returned now as it has been used for five minutes and it cant be sold to other customer as well.

Then he offered me to to buy it for 20% less, which obviously I refused.

Same day in the evening memory card stopped responding.

I went to the dealer at 8pm on 29th.

Now the dealer tells me "If you go to the service center, they will replace your handset as its not been 48 hours yet. But it will be closed now so you go there tomorrow morning".

Today (30th May) I came to service center and I have been told Only the dealer can give you the replacement.

They can only upgrade the s/w and in case a hardware issue is there, They will repair it which will take atleast 10days.

Can someone help me with this AWESOME customer care of Nokia
