Want to replace the mobile instrument urgently

I had bought NOKIA 5610 mobile phone from BIG BAZAAR, MAHAVIR PARK, SATARA ROAD, PUNE on 14 July. Today (19 July) my phone's display screen has completely vanished.

Nobody is willing to attend to our complaint in the above mentioned BIG BAZAAR.My cash memo no. is T32/1503.
