Hand set hanging, charging is not more, network problem

Hai i brought my cell Nokia 5610d in the FEB 5th and i got problem in june and it is submitted in MObiquest, elephant house, Ameerpet, and it solved after 2moths and recently the same problem has coming then i agin submitted my mobile to Mobiquest still it is in processes

and it is blue colour hand set,

it is in warranty details...

warranty refer number: apainy143329822 plz replace my cell or get my money back... becoz it i purchased nearly 13, 000 rupees,

it not a 1000 rupees and again the warranty period is going for this feburary, from the next u can gving charges to me...

plz replace the cell or get my money back and otherwise give the warranty that mean exted the warranty from the cell replaced date onwards,
