Hanging problem

Sir,

I have purchase Nokia 5610D on 13.08.08 from Nokia dealer (Pai Electronics, Russle Chowk, Jabalpur)

facing hanging problem in my set. I submitted it to nakia service center at Jabalpur on 4th Feb and 27th Feb. but not recieved upto till date. Kindly guide me to achieve my fresh handset.
