Faulty handset

I purchased handset on 25th of may & from the same day i m facing a problem as below:

the call is geting cut automatically while incomig as well as outgoing & at the same time some noise comes from the speaker. the handset will restart with white screen... this happend with brand new handset.. i complaned to shopkeeper regarding this matter, he suggested me to visit nokia care & refused to exchange.i submited it in nokia care on 27th may but nothing seems good.., again after 10-15 days i submitted it back to them.., . and i got swap (replace) of handset after 1 month period., but the replace handset is someones used, which has a more problems of hanging and its not a brand new.., so i dont know what to do?

its just disgusting and unfare to me. i really got frustated and my Rs1- simply gone waste.

i hope you will help me on this matter.
