NOKIA 5610 (Express Music) and CROMA
Not replacing the defective set

I have bought NOKIA 5610 from Croma (Pune). within one day, there was hangging problem with this cell. i requested Croma people to replace the set because its just 1 and half day. but they said we need to send to Nokia care for approval to replace this set.i have waited for 13 days than got the cell with new software installed as said by Croma executive. but again within one day same problem occured. i am calling them but not getting proper response.

CROMA:

These people kept the 512 mb memory card when i gave the handset for replacement.
