Nokia / 5610 express music
Defect in music slider button

I am prem ajmani, residing at dhanbad in the state of jharkhna (india). I bought a nokia cell phone model 5610 express music in the month of Jan. In the month of March 08, the music slider button came out from the phone without any phsysical damage done from my side. I complaint at Nokia Care, Dhanbad Centre they said they dont have the said part available with them but assured to make it available from Kolkata within few day. But till date i.e. 12th of May nothing has been done. According to the Cantre Incharge of Nokia Care, Dhanbad the same problem existed with 7-8 customers who bought this cell phone model. So, its a matter of Rs. 12400/- (price of phone) such a high priced phone and such a poor quality devices fitted in the phone. So, you are requested to do something in the matter at the earliest or otherwise make a replacement of the said phone. If required, the complete details regarding the siod purchase of the cell phone will be intimated to you.
