Hi Concerned,

I am very much sorry to put a bad remark on NOKIA Service Care of Delhi. They are very much ruthless in entertaining the

customer problem.

My Problem:

I had purchased the Nokia Product (5610-D) dated 13/07 from the Dealer Planet-M situated at Munirka in New Delhi.

Within one month of use, one of the screw located at the back of front panel came out by itself while operating. I found

half part of the screw was inside the phone and half came out.

I visited Nokia Care in Sector-14, Gurgaon and Vasant Kunj, New Delhi but they refused to repair and in turn blamed me

that I have broken it. The mobile has not fallen off and is not being tormented by me in anyway and that is very crystal

clear from the condition of the mobile. The only problem is with the screw.

Finally, I deposited the mobile S-10, Green Park Extn (Near Uppahar Cineam), New Delhi with the following details of

jobsheet they provided me:

When I made a call to Green Park Nokia Care (HCL) on Moday Morning to enquire if I can come to recieve my handset, they

told me to that my handset has been sent to Noida Head office for the repair. The asked me to talk on the following

numbers: 0910545036, 9810543401, 9910389525 to know the further status of delivery. In teurn when I talked on the above

number I was being asked to collect the repaired mobile from Green Park Nokia care on Wednesday morning. I went to Green

Park today (i.e. wednesday morning) but ironically I got the response from them that they would be able to deliver the

mobile on saturday and that also hopefully not confirmed.

I am without phone for the last 10 days and visiting Nokia Care Green Park frequently wasting money and fuel but without

any satisfactory response.

I am really frustrated and fed up enough that I want replcement of my mobile. I do not want the mobile that went unhealthy

by itself within one month of the purchase.

I have no phone at the moment on aaccount of which I facing a lot of problems that I cannot dictate.

Request from forum:

Please do let me know or assist me what I should do now. I have made a complain to Nokia Customer Care, Banglore for the same

and they have said they would be able to answer in next 24 hours.

I want replacement and compensation of my pain incurred because of this.
