Not Working - Restarts on its own

Its a compliant - The phone is often getting restarted on its own (only) when a call is in progress (randomly anytime). This is happening almost everytime a call is made / received. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM NOKIA. I have tried to update the software from internet .. the file getting downloaded is not complete (as informed during the installation on the cell phone).. Pl solve ASAP.

I have used NOKIA 3530 & 6600 models of Nokia... they were trouble free.

Before this (5610 ME) I was (am) using SONY W700i... its mind blowing & fantastic. SONY has given so much thought before making this (& other) device (s). I think SONY is more user friendly.
