Phone getting hanged too frequently

I have bought this brand-new 5610 Xpress nokia handset only 4 days backfrom authorised nokia dealer. Since, then the phone got HANGED and FREEZED -MORE THAN 20 TIMES.IT'S GETTING FREEZED if any SMS comes when music is playing. While receiving SMS only, it gets freezed. EVEN WHILE CHARGING, IF SMS COMES-IT GETS -FREEZED AND DEAD.I took this handset twice to NOKIA CARE CENTRE-they took out the battery and reset it. BUT, THE PROBLEM IS PERSISTING... I AM COMPLETELY FADE-OFF with this brand-new set... which is only 5 days old. Customer care people also dont pay attention to me, at all.

IN Internet, now I saw many customers facing the same HANGING-PROBLEM with this set NOKIA5610.

I WANT TO CHANGE THIS SET NOW AND GET RE-PAID.

THIS KIND OF Problem is not expected from nokia.
