Screen blank, hanging

I bought my handset on 20-03-08.But within 2 days of purchase it started creating problem it screen gone completely blank n it start hanging also. I gave it to nokia care for replacement but they refused sayin that its not under company's policy. They tried to repair it but it started creating... at that date my handset is in repairing condition. So i suffering many problem with mentaly pain.

Please i requiest to gtven another phone or money
