No response from nokia care centre

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to irritate me that from Nokia I m not getting any service. first time I have given this mobile to Naranpura Nokia care, they have taken 700 rs. for nokia belt also they were telling me that this phone is not repairable, 2 time I was gone to stadium nokia care they r also not responding, they r saying that u have to go to naranpura, I m confused where I have to go, to whom I have to meet. This phone is also in a warranty period. In 5610 problem first is blank display, second is speaker problem means I cant hear the voice. But noone is soloving this problem.

from nokia I cant expect this type of service, kindly do the needful & contact me on given the mobile no or give reply ASAP. So pathetic services from nokia care centre...
