Music Slider Key uprooted

1. I have approached Nokia Care at MG Road on 11 May 09 for repair of uprooted music slider key. They refused to repair under warranty period. However Rs.850/- was asked for repair whereas the instrument is in warranty period.

3. Request guide us and the dealer whom to appraoch.
