Nokia 5610 Xpress Music

My Nokia 5610 Xpress Music is not giving battery backup even for two days with minimum use.

I have consulted with Nokia HCL customer care centre at Dehradun. My mobile of model Nokia 5610 Xpress Music was farmatted my the customer care centre as they had doubt that there is virus in it. But till date the problem remains unresolved. However, all the setting and the songs/music available with the original when it was purchased has gone destroyed. The customer care centre has not load anything which is creating trouble while I am trying to down load any music or ring tone. My mobile is in warranty. The battery should be replaced by the firm immediately before expiry of the warranty. Formatting is not a solution. Please advise the customer care to replace the battery. Thank you.
