Nokia 5700
They excuse ur cell out of warranty

I have submitted my nokia phone 5700 on 02 of july at nokia care at roorkee, they said that it will to delhi nokia care after one month they called me to take handset they reply that your cell out of warranty but i purchages my cell on date12.07.07 even one year of warranty they dont give.

plz take some action or find out solution.
