Not yet replaced

I had bought a nokia5700 xpress music cell last year, still under warranty period.it got some problem in its video mode so i sent it for repair.i sent it in MAY but i have still not received the replaced cell after i was assured by the dealer that my cell will be replaced.some months ago they told me they would be giving me N73 in place of my cell.my complaint number is 2-3HP4K7.my IMEI NO. is 353965010863774... a week ago i was again said that till tuesday of next week you'll get your cell.but i they still dont seem to send me the

replaced cell.
