I purchased a 5700 Nokia from their priority dealer M/s SPACE NETWORK 24B, Northern Avenue, Kolkata-700030 on2nd Feb.

IMEI no:353965012476393 colour black invoice No:6840.

It did not contain the matching carrying pouch offered by the company.

My repeated complaints for providing the same has not been heeded, letters unanswered.
