Nokia 5800
No resolution after sales

I have a nokia 5800 exp music prchased in the month of Feb. The IMEI number is 354182023801424.I had issues with the hanset since the day it was purchased. It use tio hang and the touch was very slow, i.e. we need to click on same two to three times atleast.
I got the software upgraded for the same at nokia cre santacruz. Post that the issue was resolved for a period of 10-15 days. Once this was resolved again it started and also on unlocking the phone the screen used to go blank or had stips on same for 1 min or until you unlock same continuosly for 2-3 times.
At noki care they said to take it to Head office Pheonix mills, Lower Parel. I went there to find the store is closed and moved to Todays Communications, Lower Parel.
I gave my handset on 7th May and was promised delevery time of 9th. I called them up to find that it would take long and they will call back once the peice is ready, but in vain.
I got no response from them and than I put a complaint with nokia online. I received the feedback to my mail with the complain no also stating that the issue will be resolved.
I got my peice on 18th May, just to find that no issue was resolved and they just upgraded the software once again. I was shocked to see this kind of customer service and service after sales.
My handset screen is gone for a toss and also there are marks on my scren from inside that are visible, which were never there before.
The reference number given by nokia is 12273.
I wnt my piece replaced as I have always had a nokia piece and have never gone through this kind of troble that I face with this handset. Please get a resolution to this as nokia care neither the onlinenokia is willing to respond dispite all the mails marked post complaints.
