NOKIA-5800
Camera no working of new purchased set

Good day!

Self have purchased a new nokia-5800 Imei No. 357988035366900 dt: 25.10.09, the set was not at all used for 4~5 days and was kept, but on 03.11.09 i tried to take some pictures and found that the camera was not working, so self have repored this to the M/s Skylab Electronics on dt: 04.11.09, the sales person took the mobile and returned back saying that he has reset the the settings so the problem is shorted out, but againg when i returned home and tried taking some pictures and the same problem camera not working and again i went to the said shop then they have taken the set saying it will be sent to kolkata nokia care for repairs dt: 09.11.09, since than i have not received the mobile set when ever i call the shop they say it is under repairs. I hope so because i hope the shopkeeper/nokia should understand that the costomer have invesed Rs. 14400/- for the said set, they should understand that their name/company's reputation is getting spoiled.

Would request you to pls help in the said matter ASAP.
