Bad Nokia Service

Dear Sir,

My name is Mohamad Hammoud from Lebanon, i Have a nokia 5800 Express music, bought 3 month ago and supposed to be under warranty, my phone speaker stoped working suddenly so i went to Nokia lebanon ("FCC for Nokia Care") which they supposed to fix directly and quickly.but what happened is that i gave them the phone 3 month ago and everytime i go to take it, they reply to come next week... As i know that Nokia have a better service and better after sale service
