I had purchased a nolia 5800 handset with warranty... but after two months my touch screen was not working properly so i gave my handset in nokia care in new panvel navi mumbai maharashtra for repairing as it was under warranty.

at the time of submission at nokia care, my screen was fitted with scratch guard and it was in new condition and there was not even a single scratch...

but after ten days later at the time of delivery, ter was no scratch guard and my handset is in bad condition with plenty of scratches...

so pls help me to get justice... i want my handset in new condition...
