Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought Nokia 5800 phone on 2/3/09 from Rahul Electronic (churchgate, mumbai 20), since I bought phone I faced with the problem that in every 10-12 hour i get a message "memory use full" & I cannot do anything unless I switchoff & then switchon the phone. I twice showed the phone at the store to nokia sales person who sold me the phone, he also swithed off and then switched on the phone but third time he told me to go to nokia service centre and upgrade the software, therefore I went to the nokia service centre mira road on 14/5/09, they upgraded the software and again the same problem occurred after reaching home, then again I went to service centre on 10/6/09, this time they send the phone to their headoffice and gave me back the phone after 8-10 days, again the same problem occurred, again I went to the store on 25/6/09 stating that my problem is not yet resolved, now they say that new software version has not yet come, whenever it will come that time they will again upgrade and will check still they don’t have any definite answer. Every time you go to nokia service centre there is a huge line and it take atleast 1-1.5 hour without getting our problem resolved

Sir, I think I have been cheated by nokia by selling me the defected phone. Pls helpme out either in getting the refund or replacing the phone with other phone..
